Miranda has spent over two decades working at the intersection of people strategy and organizational growth, from scrappy startups to established mid-market companies navigating rapid change.
Her career spans industries including technology, professional services, and nonprofit, giving her a broad perspective on what works (and what doesn't) when it comes to building great teams and healthy cultures.
Before founding 12 HR Consulting, Miranda held senior HR leadership roles where she built HR functions from the ground up, guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions, and helped executive teams make better decisions about their most important asset: their people.
She founded 12 HR Consulting because she saw a gap: small and mid-size organizations were making critical people decisions without the strategic HR support they needed. The name '12' is a nod to the 12th Man; the passionate, steadfast fans of the Seattle Seahawks who show up as trusted partners, committed teammates, and the biggest fans in the room.
