We take the complex, ambiguous, gray (and let's face it - sometimes messy) people work and simplify it in a way that makes sense. This allows you to get back to what you do best; running and expanding your business! 

Miranda has 25+ years of experience growing from an HR Generalist to Vice President, People Operations. She has an MBA with a minor in International Business from Washington State University (Go Cougs!), a SHRM-SCP, PHR, GPHR, SHRM Certification in Investigations, and Prosci Change Management certification. 

Known as the problem solver that thrives in wrangling chaos to create order, Miranda has experience scaling rapidly growing organizations, building People teams from the ground up. She has specialized expertise in the design and execution of people strategy, total compensation programs, employee development and training, performance management, process improvement, employer branding, M&A, ESOP, succession planning and has led the HR function in a multi-state (30+) environment and stood up an office in Canada. With unique experience in operations, Miranda is able to bring a blend of people expertise, innovation, operational best practices, and business know-how to create sustainable and human-centered results.
